For Astigmatism Contact Lenses & Prescription Eyewear: We will need a copy of your prescription:

  • If you've shopped with us before, you can use a prescription from your past records using the same email address
  • If you're a new customer, grab a copy of your prescription and fill in the required details

Standard Ordering Process:

Step 1: Visit www.eyerep.ph

Step 2: Browse and choose your items. You may either scroll through the home page or click on SHOP ALL to continue looking for your eye-care needs.

Step 3: Once you've decided your chosen items, choose QUANTITY, click ADD TO CART, then CHECK OUT.

Step 4: Fill in your complete name, email, cellphone and address details, then click CONTINUE TO SHIPPING.

Step 5: Choose your shipping group and then click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT.

Step 6: Choose your payment method from our options, PayPal for credit card payments, online bank transfer, Cash on Delivery or GCash, then select COMPLETE ORDER.

Step 7: You will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. If you chose the online bank deposit option, please don't forget to send us a screenshot or picture of your deposit slip to EYE REP Express Facebook Messenger or hello@eyerep.ph so we can process your order.

Note 1: Your order will not be processed if we do not receive your proof of payment (except if it is a PayPal or Credit Card payment)

Note 2: If you want to make any changes to order, message us at EYE REP Express Facebook Messenger so we can amend it before we accept your payment.

Step 8: Your item's delivery will be coordinated with you based on our shipping schedule. This will be delivered straight outside your door. In addition, our driver will call you once he/she is outside your home.

If you've changed your mind or made a mistake with your order, you can still edit it as long as it has not yet been processed by our team. Please reach out to us immediately through EYE REP Express Facebook Messenger or hello@eyerep.ph.

For prescription eyewear changes, please include:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Order ID
  • Date of Purchase
  • Payment Method
  • Attachments (Photo of Item, Correct Prescription, etc.)

Please send us a message so we can contact our courier partner:

  • If your package hasn't been shipped yet, we can assist in changing your shipping address
  • If your package has been shipped, we'll do our best to help, but rerouting may take additional time

Tip: Double-check your shipping address before confirming your order to avoid delivery issues.

Yes, as long as the item is marked as available at our branch, you may choose to pick up your order in-store.

Yes, as long as the order has not been picked up by our courier, it can be cancelled.

However, if the item involves prescription lenses. Once processed, this cannot be cancelled.

For COD orders: You may cancel as long as it hasn't been processed. Contact us immediately with:

  • Name, Email Address, Order ID, Date of purchase, Payment Method, Reason for cancellation

Note: All credit card payments are final.

We offer Cash on Deliver, Bank Deposit or GCash as possible alternative payments. Instructions are as follows:

All your eye care needs will be delivered by our third party delivery providers: Lalamove, Grab or J&T.

We will deliver your order depending on our delivery schedule. Please expect a message from our team confirming the delivery of your order. Our delivery schedule is Monday-Saturday from 10:00AM-5:00PM only.

  • Standard single vision lenses: Processed within 24-48 hours
  • Customized lenses (Progressive, Bifocal, Prescription Tints): 5-12 business days
  • Special order lenses: 5-7 days within Metro Manila, 7-9 days outside Metro Manila

PRESCRIPTIONS & EYE EXAMS

You will have to purchase separate boxes for both eyes.

We offer FREE eye exam at our store with our optometrist if an item is purchased. You may book your appointment here.

If no purchase has been made, we charge a fee of PHP300 for an eye exam.

If you are a returning EYE REP Express customer, our eye doctors will be able to refer to your previous prescription in our database.

Yes, you can use prescriptions from external eye doctors. However, any eyewear made with this prescription will not be covered by ER Care+ program.

We recommend getting your eyes checked with us at the store.

Yes, we do.

However, for children 5 years old and below, we recommend obtaining a prescription first from a pediatric optometrist.

No, you must remove your contact lenses at least 15 minutes before the eye exam for accurate results.

Yes, just bring your glasses so we can make new ones with the same grade. However, in some circumstances such as scratches or peeled coating, we might not be able to check the grade properly.

Yes, we offer lens replacement service. You will be asked to sign an agreement form and your frame will be handled with utmost care.

However, this will not be covered by our ER Express Care+ program.

The service may not be available for some eyeglasses due to constraints in frame condition, shape, or material.

All of our sunglasses are equipped with UV400 lenses that block 100% of UV rays. We also offer polarized sunglasses through Sorrento for maximum protection and glare-free view outdoors.

Yes! Check out our Anti-Rad Eyewear for blue light protection. You can also upgrade your prescription glasses with the ProSafe blu lens upgrade which offers blue light protection.

Yes, you can purchase frames only.

Yes, you can visit us in-store to have the lenses installed into your new frame.

Yes, there are additional fees for grades above the basic range. There are also fees for upgrades to progressive lenses.

We offer all lens types in-store but our main lenses offered online are the following:

  • ProSafe blu (anti-radiation)

Yes, we offer ProSafe Ultra-Thin lenses. Our Licensed Optometrist will recommend the most suitable lenses based on your grade.

Yes, all our lenses come equipped with UV protection which blocks over 99.9% of ultraviolet rays.

Yes, we can make glasses with Essilor Transitions lenses. Additional fees may apply and please allow extra processing time.

Yes, we provide a 7-Day Vision Warranty under our ER Express Care+ program if you experience discomfort in your vision.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Our frames are made with premium materials and quality craftsmanship. Handle them with care:

  • Store properly: Keep frames in a case when not wearing them
  • Clean gently: Use the provided microfiber cleaning cloth and grip the bridge when cleaning
  • Avoid heat: Never leave frames in a car or direct sunlight
  • Handle liquids immediately: Clean off cosmetics, oils, or liquids immediately
  • Lens down rule: Never place glasses with lenses facing down
  1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling eyeglasses
  2. Rinse first under gentle stream of water to remove particles
  3. Wash gently with clean fingers using warm water and mild soap

  • Screw tightening

WARRANTY & RETURNS

No, you may not return an item. However, you can opt to exchange to any other EYE REP Express product of equal value within 30 days from the date of purchase (receipt is required).

We provide complimentary exchange if you experience discomfort in your vision within our warranty period.

Only prescriptions conducted at EYE REP Express are covered.
