Bought my first pair of Trainers from the store, and the product itself exceeded my expectations--hardware is more sturdy and solid as the pictures suggest. I also bought the adjustable strap, which is also sturdy and does what it's supposed to do.

What I love the most is the customer service, as we had some bumps along the purchase process due to unforeseen circumstances (since I had the lens changed to my prescription lenses and it's an online order) but the best part is we're able to work things out and eventually got the item with my prescription lens as agreed upon.
