Changed your mind or your frame just doesn't feel right? We offer a one-time exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
What's Covered:
- One-time exchange only within 30 days of original purchase if the frame doesn't feel right or you change your mind
- Applicable to Home Brands only (Branded designer and independent label brands are excluded)
- If the new frame selected is of a higher value, you must pay the price difference
- If the original lenses don't fit into the new frame, you may purchase new lenses at 50% off
- Original Receipt MUST be presented for the exchange to be valid
Exchange Process
- For store orders, you may bring products back to any EYE REP Express store.
- For online orders, you may contact us via our Facebook page to process your frame exchange order.
All items must be returned in original selling condition with complete packaging (stickers, tags, hard case, cleaning cloth, etc) and receipt. Products for return must include complete packaging and show no signs of use.
If you experience any discomfort or clarity issues from a prescription filled by EYE REP Express, we'll replace your lenses for free within 7 days from date of claimed item.
What's Covered:
- If any discomfort or clarity issues arise from a prescription filled by EYE REP Express, lenses will be replaced for FREE within 7 days from the date of the claim
- Only prescriptions conducted at EYE REP Express are eligible for this warranty
- Outside prescriptions or prescriptions done externally are not covered
- Warranty covers lens replacement only, not frames or additional services
Exchange process:
- Customers must return the claimed item along with their receipt for verification
If your frame has a manufacturing defect within 1 year, we'll replace it at no cost.
What's Covered:
- Frames with manufacturing defects will be replaced at no cost within 1 year from the date of purchase
- Applicable to Home Brands only (Branded designer and independent label brands are excluded)
- If the exact same frame model is unavailable, you may choose a frame of equal value
What's NOT Covered:
- Wear-and-tear, deliberate damage, and misuse
- Damage due to customer mishandling or natural wear and tear
- Discoloration of frame due to acidic skin
Customers may bring in any EYE REP Express Home Brand frame for FREE lifetime maintenance services.
Services Included:
- Nose pad replacements
- Realignment/adjustment and personal fitting
- Screw tightening
- Ultrasonic cleaning
- Frame adjustments to keep your glasses comfortable
- Lens cleaning and care
Coverage Details:
- Applicable to Home Brands and Independent Label Brands (Masunaga, ic! berlin and For Art's Sake) only
- Not applicable to branded designer frames (Ray-Ban, Oakley or Tom Ford)
- Proof of original purchase may be requested before maintenance services are rendered
- Subject to availability of parts
In cases of accidental breakage, customers are entitled to a 50% discount on a replacement frame within 1 year from the date of purchase.
What's Covered:
- Applicable to Home Brands only (Branded designer and independent label brands are excluded)
- One-time use per purchase
- Customer must surrender the damaged frame when claiming the discount
- Discount applies to the frame unit only; lens replacement is not included and must be purchased separately if needed
- Replacement must be of equal or lesser value compared to the original frame purchased
- Covers accidental drops, impact, and unforeseen damage beyond user's control
What's NOT Covered:
- Loss or theft of eyewear
- Intentional damage or damage due to negligence
- Cosmetic wear and tear
HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR PRODUCT
- Visit any EYE REP Express store with your product, complete packaging, and receipt
- Our team will process your exchange if it fits any of the care+ packages.
If you prefer to process the return online, contact our customer service team at hello@eyerep.ph with the following information:
Subject Line: Returns [Order ID Number]
Include these details:
- Name
- Order Number
- Include Customer Care+ #
- A photo or video of your order
- Receipt or proof of purchase
Once we've received your return request, our team will verify your request and guide you through the next steps.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All guarantees apply only to items purchased at EYE REP Express official retail stores
- All returns and warranty claims require presentation of the original sales invoice or proof of purchase
- Products for return must be in original selling condition with complete packaging
- Customer is required to pay price differences if replacement pair is of higher value than the original
- If original lenses are unavailable, we will offer the closest variant in stock
- Partial refunds will not be accepted
- Products marked as final sale have limited warranty coverage
- Products purchased on sale are not included in the EYE REP Express Care+ Program
- Some services may not be available due to frame condition, shape, or material constraints
- EYE REP Express reserves the right to refuse service if fraudulent claims are suspected
- These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time without prior notice
- Updated policies will be available in-store and on the official EYE REP Express website
