staff was very accommodating and answered all my queries. they gave a 1-3 month estimated time because my prescription needed to be ordered from japan first, but it actually came within 2 weeks! as for the contacts, the best brand ive tried so far. so comfy even for dry eyes like mine. sometimes i forget im wearing lenses. toric lenses are also so much more clearer if u have astigmatism. will order again when i run out. ty!

Product took 2 week to order and deliver. Item arrived in good condition. I use these contact lenses mainly for athletic training including swimming, cycling and running. Never had an issue with this brand.
